Isegoria is a next-level media company, created by multi-Emmy award winning investigative journalist Ben Swann, with the mission to provide a revolutionary platform that encourages and supports independent media, resolving the growing market gap among free-thinking individuals and fighting against the sweeping censorship being seen today in the world’s most popular publishing platforms. Isegoria will exist as a 24-hour streaming network airing original news and entertainment programming, and will also include a built-in treasury system to help fund independent content creators.
Isegoria is seeking a motivated business development manager with extensive experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain technology space. The ideal candidate will be conscious of Isegoria’s mission to revolutionize how news and entertainment is produced and consumed, and will possess the proven expertise necessary to help successfully grow this company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and foster strategic partnerships
- Develop and execute a capital raising strategy
- Contacting and managing relationships with potential investors
- Identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Deadline and results driven in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years in business development field
- Strong knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies
- Prior successful experience in startup companies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Additional preferred qualifications:
- Strong relationships within the crypto community
- Strong relationships within the news and/or entertainment industries
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- MBA
Job Location:
This role is a remote position working closely with the CEO and CMO.
Compensation:
Compensation is based on experience and performance.
