Ben Swann, Founder and CEO
Ben Swann has spent 20 years working as a journalist in broadcast news behind and in front of the camera. Swann is a two-time Emmy Award winner and two-time recipient of the Edward R. Murrow Award, and is known for uniquely transparent reporting on national and international issues while confronting misleading mainstream media narratives. Swann is the first journalist in the nation to take on President Barack Obama face to face regarding the Constitutionality of his “kill list,” and the only journalist to confront Mitt Romney about obstructing elected delegates during the 2012 Republican National Convention.
Swann launched the Truth in Media project in 2013 and in addition to Reality Check, he also created two seasons of extensive “Truth in Media” videos exploring subjects such as cannabis and CBD oil, the origin of ISIS, the roots of police militarization and more. These videos have millions of combined views online.
In 2018, Swann became the first independent journalist to be fully funded by cryptocurrency with a historic sponsorship with Dash Digital Cash. Swann is unquestionably the industry leader for independent journalism, shattering the “Left vs. Right” paradigm and committed to restoring Truth In Media. Sam Eaton, Founder and CMO
Sam Eaton is the owner of Sam Eaton Digital, a full-service, boutique digital marketing company based in New Hampshire. Sam works with a variety of talented clients including individuals, small businesses, an Emmy-winning journalist, and powerhouse entrepreneurs to help transform their digital properties into money makers and brand superpowers. Clients and partnerships include precious metals and cryptocurrency entrepreneur Anthem Blanchard; Emmy-winning journalist Ben Swann; congressional candidate Eddie Edwards, and tech investor, entrepreneur, and NH Education Commissioner Frank Edelblut.
Sam was also county co-chair for the Dr. Ron Paul campaign in 2008 and 2012. As well as county chair for the Rand Paul campaign. With a deep understanding of variable challenges faced in adapting to the digital age, Sam powers through those challenges by designing and maintaining personalized, winning strategies for numerous professions.
Mayur Moudhgalya, CTO
Mayur Moudhgalya, who is widely considered a blockchain votarient, has shown a commitment to all aspects of the industry. His mark can be found throughout the community, from creating, implementing and refining strategy as well as system design. He has shown top rated proficiency in areas that include navigating compliance, global regulatory issues, PCI assessments, best-practice brand development strategies, and implementation.
He has been working as a trusted private advisor to key investors and investment groups and for select clients, he serves as a primary contact for capital and resource development for a variety of complex projects. Mayur has developed strong relationships throughout the blockchain community with the ultimate goal of enhancing the tight-knit culture and raising the bar technologically.
Zak Carter, Founder and Outreach
Zak Carter burst onto the liberty event and media scene in 2012, when he worked as the director of communications for both the “Ron Paul is the choice of the troops” march in Washington DC, and for Free and Equal, for which he also co-produced a “3rd party” presidential debate that was moderated by Larry King. In 2013, he worked as JAG TV’s director of business development, until hearing Ben Swann was going to launch his own independent media project, and has been promoting Mr. Swann to this day. Zak also works behind the scenes at an entertainment company with former lead singer of The Misfits, Michale Graves.

Nicholas Broder joined InPrime Legal in February 2017. Previously, Nicholas was an associate attorney at Schreeder, Wheeler & Flint, LLP, a highly reputable law firm located in Atlanta, Georgia where his practice focused on general litigation. Before entering private practice, Nicholas served as a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He also interned with the Honorable S. Allan Alexander, a magistrate judge for the Northern District of Mississippi.
Nicholas graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2013. While in law school, he served as the Senior Notes Editor on the executive board of the University of Mississippi Sports Law Review. Nicholas graduated cum laude from the College of Charleston with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Nicholas is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He is admitted to practice in all trial courts in Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Northern District of Georgia.
